The boy needs assistance at home as well as during outdoor activities, such as water physiotherapy and walks. The boy lives in Lund.

The boy is fed via a feeding tube, needs to do daily exercises, uses a wheelchair, and requires nursing care.

Key qualities for you as an applicant:

• Experience in caring for children.
• Ability to follow instructions and keep to schedules.
• Responsible, calm, and stable.
• It is a plus if you have qualities of a personal trainer (coach). With a positive attitude towards life, taking initiative, and being responsive to my needs.

Working hours:

• You will work during daytime, evenings/nights (on-call), as well as weekends and school holidays.

More about the position:

• The position is primarily a temporary hourly employment.
• Start date by agreement.
• Terms of employment, shift allowance, pension, contractual insurances, etc., are regulated by the current collective agreement.
• Fixed schedule available.
• Wellness allowance.
• Competence development programs.
• Applicants must provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) prior to employment.
