About our client
I am currently looking for a personal assistant in Klagshamn. I am a 25-year-old girl who is very happy and active. I enjoy doing fun things with my assistants; I like meeting my friends, walking with a rollator, going to the theater, going to disco, listening to music, swimming & exercising. I also use a manual wheelchair and communicate using some words, gestures, and signs as support (TAKK), and the assistants help me interpret. The need for help ranges from personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, to receiving support in everything in my daily life. I move with the help of your support, i.e., no lifting. I live with my family; parents and teenage siblings.

Working hours

• Every other Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 16:00

It is important that you intend to stay for a longer period as continuity is of great importance.

You who apply should be a lively and happy person with your heart in the right place, responsible and self-reliant but who can still blend into my family. You will function as a support for me in my daily life. You are a person who is calm and secure in yourself. You are attentive to my needs, have strong social skills, and have a good sense of humor & fun. You should have great patience and be stress-resistant.

Requirements

• have a driver's license (manual/automatic),
• are non-smoking,
• have fluent skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Merits if you

• have experience in healthcare and care, and especially in personal assistance,
• are swim-capable and tolerate chlorine.

Number of positions: 1 Scope: approx. 20% Start date: By agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

In the event of employment For employment with us at Nordström Assistans, you need to have a BankID and approve using your BankID in the service. If you are to work with this client, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check covers both extracts from the criminal record register and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
