We are now looking for you who want to work part-time as an escort or substitute. Working as an escort or substitute can be combined with studies or another main occupation, as working hours are usually scheduled for evenings and weekends.

What does the role involve?

As an escort, your main task is to accompany the customer on activities according to their wishes. This means that you, as an escort, should provide support to the customer in various activities such as swimming, horseback riding, going to the cinema, or going for coffee. The purpose is to enable the customer's participation in society.

As a substitute, your main task is to relieve relatives at home with children with disabilities, to give the relatives space for rest and recovery or to run errands that are outside the home.

We are now looking for two escorts and one substitute. The number of approved hours varies for customers; we are looking for an escort who can work 16 hours per month and an escort for 10 hours per month. We are also looking for you who want to work as a substitute for 10 hours per month. Each meeting should be approximately 2–4 hours per shift, depending on which customer. There is no scheduled working time, but the hours are usually distributed during evenings and weekends by agreement.

About you

We are looking for you who have an interest in working with other people and want to be a support in the customer's daily life. Experience or formal education is not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal chemistry, where attitude, flexibility, and caring are important qualities.

Number of positions: 3. Start date: By agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
