We are now looking for Parking Attendants for our office in Luleå.

About the role
As a parking attendant with us, you have an important function and are offered a varied and enjoyable job with great freedom under your own responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within an assigned area (premises). Through your presence in the field with a patrol car and on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure parking rules are followed, and together we help ensure high satisfaction and good accessibility. The job offers much variation, great freedom, and important responsibility.

For example, you will:

• Monitor your work area by car and on foot.
• Check that parking rules are followed.
• Ensure that correct and clear signage is present within the area.
• Issue control fees if necessary.
• Help our customers on-site with parking-related questions.
• Help our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services.

The position is a needs-based employment with access according to agreement. Hours vary according to schedule, and night and weekend work occur. Our parking attendants are based out of our office in Luleå.

About you

To fit the role, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act with sound judgment. You have a systematic and careful approach with an eye for detail; taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes people around you feel safe.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid B-driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• High school education.
• Previous experience from a service profession.

Merits:

• Previous experience as a parking attendant.
• Previous experience in security.

When evaluating applicants for the position, we always look at personal suitability in terms of requirements, personal qualities, merits, and references. Before employment, a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority's record of convictions is required.
