Job Responsibilities
As an activity leader, you work closely with the participants in the program and support them in their daily activities, development, and social interactions. You plan, implement, and follow up on activities based on the individual's needs, conditions, and goals.
The work involves creating structure, motivation, and participation while contributing to a safe and inclusive environment.
At Resurs day program, we primarily work in groups with our participants and perform various activities such as transportation, litter picking, gardening, and outdoor maintenance. Your tasks include, among other things:

About the Workplace
Day program according to the LSS Act (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) is directed towards people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, as well as people with acquired brain injuries in adulthood. Day programs should contribute to good living conditions and enable meaningful activities. We have the user's needs at the center and adapt the content so that it is stimulating and meaningful for the user. The support and service provided should be based on respect for the user's self-determination and integrity and be given in a way that strengthens the user's confidence in their own abilities. Our programs are located in more than 83 different places in Malmö, and the content varies from sensory stimulation and social interaction to work in companies in groups or individually.
