Stora Coop Borås is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week to offer good accessibility for our customers. The store is currently run by 38 permanent employees, plus a number of additional employees with various forms of fixed-term employment.

We are now looking for you who want to help make our Fruit & Vegetables department something truly special!

To fit the role, we want you to:

• Have a strong interest in food in general, and preferably a special interest in fruit and vegetables
• Love sales and customer interactions
• Be skilled at communicating and inspiring
• Have an exceptional sense of service
• Enjoy being on the move and working at a fast pace

The position is a permanent part-time role of 30 hours/week. Desired start date is as soon as possible, but arranged according to agreement. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken) are required
• Previous experience from working in the grocery retail industry is required
• Previous experience working with Fruit & Vegetables is highly meritorious
