Do you want to combine practical work within social psychiatry with pedagogical development work, coordination, and operational development? We are now looking for coordinators with a pedagogical focus for our three group homes within social psychiatry in the Enskede-Årsta-Vantör district administration.

Within the Enskede-Årsta-Vantör district administration, we have three group homes aimed at people with mental disabilities and possible comorbidity. Our mission is to provide support and services based on the individual's needs, abilities, and wishes with the goal of strengthening independence, participation, and quality of life.
Here, dedicated employees work with a structured, pedagogical, and low-arousal approach. We value good cooperation, a safe working environment, and professional treatment where the user is always in focus.
We are now looking for three coordinators, one for each group home. The role is new, and you will have the opportunity to develop the assignment from the ground together with the manager and other coordinators. An important part of the role is to contribute to a common pedagogical way of working and strengthen the quality of support to the users.

Your role
As a coordinator with a pedagogical focus, you have a central and operation-oriented role where you combine user-oriented work with coordination, planning, and operational development. You are an important link between the manager, employees, and users and contribute to developing, anchoring, and following up on common ways of working that promote quality, participation, and continuity in the operation.
About half of the working time consists of practical work in the operation. Through your presence in everyday life, you translate the operation's methods and ways of working into daily support and serve as a role model for colleagues. You mentor and motivate employees in matters concerning treatment, method usage, and documentation, and contribute to strengthening a common approach. In your work, you draw on motivational interviewing (MI), An Independent Life (ESL), and low-arousal treatment (LAB), with the user's participation, independence, and quality of life in focus.
