We are looking for a reliable, engaged, and responsible personal assistant for an adult man living with his parents in Löberöd.

The position involves working a few days a week, usually between 08:00–17:00.

About the person

You will be working with a cheerful and pleasant man with moderate developmental disabilities. He can walk independently but needs support on uneven surfaces and sometimes indoors. He has limited speech but communicates in his own way. Therefore, it is important that you are attentive, patient, and have the ability to create a sense of security and good contact.

Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks consist of being a support in daily life, for example:

• Accompanying on walks and activities
• Providing support with mobility when needed
• Contributing to structure and security in daily life
• Being a social support and a positive companion

We are looking for you who

• Are calm, secure, and responsible
• Are sensitive to the needs of others
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Have a driver's license and access to a car, as the workplace is located in Löberöd

Personal suitability is the most important factor. Experience in personal assistance or working with people with disabilities is meritorious but not a requirement.

About you

The person we are looking for is preferably an older woman or a young man, as this is the type of assistant that best suits the assignment.

Working Hours

A few days per week, between 3-5 days, daytime hours 08:00–17:00.

Salary

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + holiday pay and possible shift allowances. Collective agreements apply.
