Do you want to be part of building an entirely new district and creating business from scratch? We are now looking for a driven and fearless salesperson who wants to take responsibility for establishing and developing the market in Blekinge.

This role is for you if you thrive when meeting customers in person, are driven by creating new business, and are motivated by the freedom to plan and manage your own work. You will have the opportunity to work a market with great potential, with the goal of becoming the obvious partner for companies in the region.

You will be based in Blekinge, focusing on Karlskrona, Ronneby, Karlshamn, Sölvesborg, and Olofström.

Our client is a well-established, nationwide player with a strong market position and extensive experience in their industry. The company is in an exciting growth phase and is now focusing on strengthening its presence in Blekinge.

As an employee, you will become part of an organization with short decision-making paths, strong team spirit, and a major focus on customer relations, quality, and commercial viability. You will work independently in your region but will have support from an experienced sales team, management, and other functions within the company.

About the role:

As a District Sales Manager, you are responsible for building and developing sales in Blekinge. The role involves a strong focus on new customer acquisition, where you actively identify, contact, and develop new business opportunities.

You are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and booking customer meetings to quotes, negotiation, and closing. The goal is to systematically work the market and create long-term customer relationships that contribute to continued growth.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Acquiring new customers throughout Blekinge
  • Scheduling and conducting customer meetings
  • Managing the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal
  • Building and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Working towards set goals and budget
  • Participating in customer events, trade fairs, and networking meetings
  • Collaborating with colleagues in sales and other support functions

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in proactive B2B sales
  • Preferably comes from a similar role where new customer acquisition was a large part of the daily routine
  • Is self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Has a strong business drive and enjoys building new relationships
  • Is fearless and comfortable reaching out to new customers
  • Has good skills in planning and structuring your work
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

If you also have an established network within the business community in Blekinge, we view this as an advantage.

Location: Blekinge (Karlskrona, Ronneby, Karlshamn, Sölvesborg, or Olofström)

Employment type: Full-time

Start date: According to agreement

Salary: Fixed salary with an attractive bonus and commission model
