About the Retail Sales Assistant Role

Do you want to work in a customer-facing role where service, sales, and safety are in focus? We are now looking for an engaged retail sales assistant responsible for our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assortment for our store in Karlshamn.

You will actively work with sales and advisory services in the store while having specific responsibility for our PPE assortment. You ensure that the assortment is current, attractively presented, and adapted to our customers' needs – from small businesses to larger industrial clients.

As a retail sales assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing advice, completing sales, and ensuring that customers leave the store with fantastic treatment, service, and the best products for their needs.

In our store at Ahlsell Karlshamn, you will be part of a team. We have a flat hierarchy with high engagement, where order & cleanliness as well as joy in work set the tone for everyday life.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are open, responsible, and service-oriented. To provide our customers with good service, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and have a positive attitude. We work together at Ahlsell to make it easy for our customers - we call it One Ahlsell.

Your background may vary, but we would like you to be generally technically knowledgeable and preferably have experience in a similar role previously.
