Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Receptionist at Bylunds Bil, you will be a central part of the workshop's daily operations and a key link between the customer and the workshop. You will be responsible for receiving customers, booking jobs, handling damage cases, and handing over finished vehicles. The role involves varied work with many points of contact, where service, structure, and problem-solving are important parts of daily life.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer reception and ongoing customer dialogue regarding damage cases and workshop visits
• Scheduling and planning of workshop work
• Pricing and administrative handling of cases
• Supporting the warehouse when needed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and self-assured. To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and where you meet customers with different needs and expectations on a daily basis. It is important that you have the ability to build trust and provide good service, but also to be clear and professional in challenging situations. You need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with both customers and colleagues.

• Good computer and system proficiency with the ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience in administrative work and customer contact
• A structured and organized approach to work
• Ability to prioritize and maintain calm in a high-paced work environment
• Interest in cars, technology, or the automotive industry
• A valid Category B driver's license is required

Previous experience from the automotive industry or similar service roles is an advantage, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on personality and attitude.
