Direkt Optik is part of nexeye and has 38 stores in Sweden. In addition to Direkt Optik, nexeye includes the brands Hans Anders in the Netherlands and Belgium (400 stores) as well as Eyes+More with no fewer than 200 stores in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Sweden. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily store operations.
  • Be attentive to customer needs and preferences.
  • Suggest improvement measures.
  • Work according to the established store routines.
  • Mount eyeglasses and perform minor repairs.
  • Maintain order and tidiness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail is an advantage.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy sales.
  • You have an aesthetic eye and can professionally sell frames for all occasions.
  • You have previous experience in retail.

Experience in the optical industry is an advantage.

Personal Attributes

You are an orderly, positive person who enjoys giving advice, selling, and working with people. You are driven by sales and creating good profitability. You enjoy spreading energy and a positive atmosphere around you. You have strong social skills and are attentive to customer needs.

What We Offer

As a store employee, you will receive a salary according to the Collective Agreement for the Retail Trade.

The position is a full-time or part-time role of 23 hours per week, with fixed schedule slots. Moving shifts or covering in case of sickness may occur. During a period in the summer, you will work 100 %.
