The Student and Learning Support Department has overall responsibility for the university's student support, with the ultimate goal of supporting students to succeed in their studies. We are responsible for student orientation, preventive work environment and health efforts, targeted pedagogical support, student services and information, as well as study and career guidance. We also ensure student influence and good cooperation with our student union.

Job Description
In your role as Business Developer, you will initially focus on coordinating the university's work to enable studies for elite student athletes. The role involves being the university's "Dual Careers Coordinator," which means you support the educational operations and administrative support in how education can be adapted. The role also includes working to ensure that the competencies and abilities of elite student athletes are utilized as enablers in the development of operations.
In the role, you also coordinate an independent mentorship program that is currently being established. This program aims to contribute to a sustainable study period and personal development for students, helping them develop into future-ready, courageous fellow human beings.
You work together with study counselors who focus on dual careers, educational operations, and other support functions within and outside the department.
The tasks will vary depending on the needs of the operations.
