We are looking for a Procurement Specialist / Purchaser for a state-owned energy company.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves working with purchasing and procurement through call-offs from existing agreements, negotiating with suppliers, and handling ordering and follow-up processes. The assignment also includes procuring contractors and technical consultants, as well as ongoing collaboration with purchasing colleagues in various technical areas.

Responsibilities

• Call-offs from existing agreements and framework agreements
• Negotiate prices and delivery times with suppliers
• Conduct inquiries and requests for quotations
• Update prices, delivery times, and minimum quantities in the VMS system
• Responsible for order management and registration of order confirmations
• Report deviations to relevant stakeholders
• Procure contractors within earthworks, electrical power, and mechanical disciplines
• Call-off and put technical consultants out to tender, and collaborate with purchasing colleagues in various technical areas

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• Experience of or good knowledge of AB04, ABK09, and ABT06
• Experience with e-Procurement (e-Avrop)
• Relevant experience in purchasing and procurement
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience from the energy sector is meritorious
• Flexible and positive attitude with a desire to contribute to the development and change journey of the business
• Educational background may vary – personal suitability and experience are highly valued
