WORKPLACE HAGFORS MUNICIPALITY

As a district nurse/registered nurse, you are part of the Individual and Care Department's organization with other district nurses/registered nurses. At present, we are looking for you who want to be the responsible nurse for care and work within the LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operations. The work shifts are currently scheduled on our basic roster, primarily day shifts with two weekends every six weeks.

The Individual and Care Department's work is based on a common value foundation where the individual should feel safe and find meaning, the interventions should be of good quality, and the individual should receive good treatment.

DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, preferably with further education in primary healthcare or elderly care. You have personal suitability for providing care, good judgment, are flexible in thought and action, are receptive, have good teamwork skills, actively contribute to moving the operations forward, and are engaged in your own professional development. Driving license category B.

The registered nurse leads the care work together with the unit manager, mentors, and trains basic staff. Together in the team, we work to provide the individual with good, safe, and secure care and support. The registered nurse drives necessary development work together with the MAS (Municipal Adult Social Care). Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
