Capio Primary Care Center Vintergatan is a modern and patient-oriented clinic where we work together to provide safe, accessible, and high-quality primary care. At our clinic, patients of all ages are met by a dedicated team of various professions collaborating around each patient. We are centrally located in Kristinehamn with around 9,600 registered patients and 30 employees.

We are facing an exciting new beginning and are now looking for a district nurse or registered nurse who wants to become part of our team. Here you have a unique opportunity to build up our operations, influence working methods, structure, and culture from the ground up.

With us, you will have a varied daily routine with significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to utilize your full competence. You will work with telephone advice, digital patient contacts, reception duties, and assessment of acute patients.

The work involves many independent assessments, but you are never alone. We work daily with joint assessments where nurses, doctors, and other professions together create the best possible care for the patient.

Are a licensed nurse, preferably a district nurse, and have a few years of experience in the profession. You feel confident in your assessments, have good patient interaction skills, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You have experience from primary care.

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and good at prioritizing when conditions change. You contribute to good collaboration, take initiative when needed, and have a desire to develop both the operation and yourself.
