Job Description

You will work as an Associate Accountant within Accounts Payable at Saab's Shared Service Center. The role is broad and includes both operational tasks and improvement work. Examples of responsibilities:

• Handle accounting related to customer accounts receivable
• Customer invoicing and account reconciliations
• Investigate discrepancies and solve problems
• Work on improvements and efficiency of processes
• Handle and escalate discrepancies

The work is performed at a high tempo with a large volume of invoices and several manual steps at times. You collaborate closely with both the team and the business to develop working methods and systems.

Who fits the role?

We are looking for you who have a stable background in finance and thrive in a role with tempo and variety. Requirements:

• Several years of experience working in finance, preferably broad experience within accounts receivable, accounting, and closing
• At least a 2-year post-secondary education in finance
• Experience with supplier and customer accounts receivable
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience with Agresso
• Some familiarity with Excel, for example, simpler analyses and pivot tables
