Do you want to combine your studies with a rewarding part-time role at one of Sweden's leading energy companies? We are currently recruiting on behalf of Ellevio for a Technical Administrator who wants to become a key part of a socially critical project related to the development of the future electricity grid.

About the role

As a Technical Administrator, you will become part of a larger project within Ellevio where you support sub-project managers and project engineers by creating structure and ensuring that important project information is updated and accessible.

You will primarily work in Excel, Teams, and SharePoint to compile information, track changes, and update shared resources. The role also involves creating recurring status updates and reports used in the project's ongoing planning and meetings.

We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, works in a structured manner, and has an eye for detail. If you also have an interest in digitalization, automation, or smarter working methods, there are great opportunities to contribute ideas on how processes can be optimized over time.

The assignment is part-time, with a workload of approximately 1–2 days per week during the academic terms. The start date is after the summer, and the work is performed mainly on-site from Ellevio's office in Karlstad. There is a preference for scheduling the work primarily on Thursdays and Fridays.

NOTE. The position is security classified and requires a successful background check.

  • Contribute to developing and optimizing existing working methods

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying at a post-secondary level within a technical field and have at least 1.5 years of studies remaining (as the project is expected to run through 2027), or alternatively have another main occupation of at least 50%
  • Are available to work 1–2 days per week during the academic terms
  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Are comfortable working in Microsoft 365 and feel particularly confident in Excel
