Your new role

We are now looking for an experienced procurement specialist for a qualified assignment with one of Sweden's leading players in the energy sector.

In this role, you will work with call-offs against existing framework agreements and actively procure contracts and technical consulting services within areas such as earthworks and civil engineering, electrical power, and mechanical disciplines.

You will play a central role in operational procurement and work closely with both internal stakeholders and procurement colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Execute call-offs against existing framework agreements
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, and terms with suppliers
• Send and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to the supplier market
• Update price data, delivery times, and minimum order quantities in business systems (VMS)
• Responsible for order management, including orders and order confirmations
• Follow up and communicate deviations to relevant stakeholders
• Participate in competitive tendering for technical consulting services (approx. 20–30% of the assignment)
• Contribute operationally where the need is greatest within the team

You will become part of a procurement team of approximately eight people with different technical focuses. The team is category-driven but characterized by flexibility and collaboration, supporting each other across boundaries when needed.

To succeed in this role, you need

• Relevant academic education
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role within technical projects
• Good knowledge of AB04, ABK09, and ABT06
• Experience with or familiarity working in e-Avrop
• Ability to work structured with several parallel processes
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience from the energy sector is seen as a strong merit, but most important is your competence in procurement and your ability to create good business relationships.
