We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager within engineering and infrastructure for a large and long-term infrastructure project. This role is suitable for you who have extensive experience in technical coordination, design management, and change management in complex project environments.

About the Assignment

You will work in a comprehensive cable and tunnel project where you are responsible for technical coordination and for creating structure, progress, and alignment between several constituent projects. The role involves close collaboration with design managers, technical specialists, project management, and operations.

You will play a central role in coordinating interfaces, managing dependencies, driving change processes, and ensuring that the project's technical goals and requirements can be met through integrated design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination and coordinate design between constituent projects
• Work closely with design managers and other key roles
• Convene and lead technical coordination meetings
• Ensure that technical goals and requirements can be met through coordinated design
• Identify, analyze, and follow up on dependencies and interfaces
• Drive change management and associated decision-making processes
• Prepare decisions and develop recommendations for the decision-making group
• Follow up on progress in change cases
• Ensure that routines are kept up to date and suggest improvements
• Participate in schedule planning, risk coordination, and management group work

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• At least 10 years of professional experience within infrastructure, civil engineering, industry, or construction
• At least 5 years of experience in project or design management
• At least 2 years of independent responsibility for technical coordination and change management in large and complex projects
• At least 2 years of experience from security-sensitive operations
• At least 2 years of experience working within an operations organization

Value-Added Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical coordinating role within tunnel projects
• At least 2 years of experience in technical coordination within the energy sector
