THE ROLE

We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to help develop future installation solutions in Sundsvall. We are seeking an engaged and business-minded Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for driving our projects and customer relationships forward. Here, you will have a central role where you lead assignments from planning to implementation with a focus on quality, economics, working environment, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who thrives on combining structure and business acumen with close collaboration with customers, colleagues, and partners. Whether your background is primarily in contracting projects or service operations, you have experience leading people, monitoring finances, and creating long-term relationships. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and have the ability to prioritize in a daily life where several projects and assignments are ongoing simultaneously.

More specifically, the role involves:

• Driving your own projects
• Taking responsibility for the entire project process, such as schedules, economics, workforce management, and purchasing.
• Collaborating with contractors
• Developing existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

This is a role for you who can drive contracting projects from start to finish. We see that you have experience in these areas.

• Project management from the early stages to delivery
• Responsibility for budget, forecasts, and results
• Collaboration with clients and contractors
• Personnel and resource management
• Experience with calculations, purchasing, and contract management
• Knowledge of AB04, ABT06, and AMA standards
• Experience with change and additional work (ÄTA)
• Ability to ensure work is performed according to laws, industry standards, and internal guidelines
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license (required)
• Meritorious: Experience working with heat pumps, e.g., quotations, calculations, but not a requirement
