Production Manager

About the Role
As Production Manager, you are responsible for daily operations and lead production towards set goals regarding safety, quality, productivity, and delivery precision. You plan and distribute work and monitor the company's key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve the best possible results.
Through a hands-on and coaching leadership style, you develop, support, and motivate your employees while creating engagement and accountability within the team. The role involves working in a 5-shift operation, which requires clear communication and structured leadership.
You play a key role in the company's change management and actively work on developing processes, working methods, and organization to meet future needs. You actively identify development opportunities, streamline processes, and ensure that improvement initiatives are followed up and lead to long-term results.
The focus is on creating sustainable results, reducing waste, and strengthening the company's competitiveness.
Health, safety, and working environment are always prioritized. You ensure that routines and standards are followed and encourage employees to contribute improvement suggestions. In the role, you also work in Protak for planning, follow-up, and production control, collaborating closely with other functions to ensure an efficient production flow.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who are a confident and engaged leader with a strong drive to create results through others. You thrive in a changing environment and have experience working with goal-oriented management, change initiatives, and continuous improvement.
As a person, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You easily build trust, engagement, and involvement, and are motivated by developing both people and operations.
Requirements for the Position
- Experience in a leadership role, such as team leader or production manager.
- A few years of experience from manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with goal-oriented management and monitoring KPIs.
- Good administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office as well as business and production systems, preferably Protak.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a 5-shift operation.
Meritorious
- Post-secondary education. University or college degree in a relevant field.
Start Date: According to agreement
Employment Type: Permanent position where you are employed directly by HL Display.
