RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Social Responsibility Coordinator (SAS), you have a central and strategic role in ensuring quality, monitoring, and developing operations within social services. You work comprehensively and support the administration and operations with knowledge, guidance, and the development of routines and processes. The role includes ensuring that laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed, as well as supporting operations in providing high-quality services to our residents. The role also includes responsibility as a Data Protection Coordinator.
Your responsibilities include among other things:
- Monitoring and quality-assuring operations based on legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
- Developing and implementing policy documents, routines, and guidelines to ensure legal certainty and quality.
- Supporting and educating employees and managers in quality assurance and development issues.
- Conducting risk analyses and handling deviations and complaints.
- Collaborating with internal and external actors to develop and improve operations.
- Monitoring legislation and practice and informing the organization about relevant changes.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
- A degree in Social Work or another education that can be assessed as equivalent based on the assignment.
- Experience of working within social services or other relevant operations.
- Good knowledge of legislation within social services, such as SoL, LVU, and LSS.
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
- Experience working as an SAS is considered meritorious.
- Experience in quality development, follow-up, and analysis is considered meritorious.

You have a good ability to create an overview and understand the whole in a complex organization. Furthermore, you are pedagogical and thrive in a role where you support and guide others. The selection process will begin after the last application date. Thereafter, selected candidates will be invited to interviews during week 32 - 33.
