As a Production Controller at Marenor, you will have a clearly business-oriented role where you work closely with the production team in the factory. You serve as a vital link between finance and production, contributing with analysis, follow-up, and decision support that makes a real difference in daily operations. This role is ideal for you if you want to be close to the process, understand the flows, and use data to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Your main responsibilities:

• Work closely with the factory production and support production management
• Monitor production costs, results, deviations, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to improvement work related to efficiency, waste, capacity utilization, and production flows
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing follow-up
• Prepare analyses, calculations, and decision support materials related to production
• Collaborate closely with production, technical/maintenance, and finance teams

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant academic education in economics, controlling, or equivalent
• Has experience in controlling within manufacturing or industry
• Thrives in a business-oriented environment and enjoys being physically present in the factory
• Is analytical yet pragmatic – you understand the daily realities of production
• Has good system proficiency; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (M3) is an advantage
• Communicates fluently in Swedish
