Job Description

Do you want to work in a role where technology, collaboration, and innovation go hand in hand? We are now looking for a Solution Architect/Senior Developer who wants to help create modern, sustainable, and secure solutions for a government agency responsible for critical infrastructure. You will work in a business where IT systems play a crucial role in stability, security, and availability. The focus of the role will be on modern technologies and AI.

Here, you will work closely with development teams, DevOps, product owners, and customers in an environment where knowledge sharing, curiosity, and long-term development are highly valued. You will become part of an agile team that develops and maintains systems with high demands on quality, robustness, and information security. The role suits you if you enjoy combining technical depth with collaboration and want the opportunity to influence both architecture, working methods, and future solutions.

In the role, you will design and implement scalable solutions based on business needs, while also being involved in coding, technical decisions, and architecture discussions. You will also contribute technical leadership by supporting the team, driving improvements, and ensuring high quality in deliveries. The work also includes dialogue with customers and stakeholders where you help develop solution proposals and create technical business value.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in system development, IT architecture, or technical design
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a solution architect in large and complex IT environments
• Experience from the energy sector and/or public sector
• Experience with integration architecture and API-based solutions
• Experience with modern integration platforms and message-based communication
• Good understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures
• Experience documenting architecture according to established methods and frameworks
• Good understanding of information modeling and system integration
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and container-based platforms
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven solutions
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent architecture frameworks
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, BizTalk, Kafka, or equivalent
• Experience in security-classified operations

We believe you are analytical, structured, and have a good ability to see the big picture in complex system landscapes. You are communicative and accustomed to creating alignment between business and technology. As a person, you are solution-oriented, pedagogical, and confident in making technical decisions that have a long-term impact on the business.

You have a strong interest in architecture issues and are driven by creating robust, secure, and future-proof solutions that contribute to the development of the business.
