Job Description

We are now looking for a Requirements Analyst who wants to create real change for our customers within the public sector, energy, and defense industries.

In this role, you are responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, user interviews, observations, and document studies. You ensure that requirements are clearly formulated, developable, and testable, and break them down into manageable and value-creating deliverables with defined acceptance criteria.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with users, product owners, business experts, architects, and development teams to ensure that requirements are clear, prioritized, anchored, and well understood by all stakeholders. You are also responsible for maintaining traceability throughout the development chain and ensuring that requirements are communicated and anchored between different requirement owners and stakeholder groups.

Furthermore, you contribute to the continuous development of the team's working methods, documentation, and requirements processes. You support testing and quality assurance work through requirement validation and review of test cases, and act as a methodological support for business specialists and other requirement owners. The role also involves designing and further developing work processes for the receiving organization to ensure efficient and sustainable ways of working.

You will be part of an agile and cross-functional team consisting of requirements analysts, a scrum master, software developers, and testers.

Qualifications

We believe you are an analytical and communicative person who enjoys collaborating, creating structure, and building good relationships. You are driven by understanding business needs and turning them into solutions that work in practice.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A university degree of at least 180 credits in Systems Science/IT
• At least five years of experience working as a Requirements Analyst in an agile context, business development, or IT-related projects, including requirements documentation and validation within the public sector and/or the energy sector
• Experience working closely with business operations and various stakeholders
• Experience with requirements tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitLab, as well as UX/design tools like Figma, Axure, and Adobe XD
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is positive if you also have experience in a consultancy role or change management – but we value above all your willingness to develop and contribute together with the team.
