We are now looking for a Program Manager for Cost Reduction/Portfolio Management for one of our clients.

About the assignment

Business Excellence within Service is seeking a Program Manager for cost reduction. As the Program Manager for cost reduction and portfolio management, you will work in close collaboration with the Head of BE and the management team to plan, steer, and monitor the cost reduction program. You will support project managers and leaders in developing business cases for projects, prepare status updates, and present these to the local management team.

Responsibilities:

• Set goals for the business regarding cost reduction and monitor these with the management team and other stakeholders.
• Identify new cost savings in collaboration with the service functions.
• Support the calculation of savings and business cases for improvements and projects.
• Ensure that savings are updated in the One PUMA Web system, both through your own updates and by ensuring other parts of the business do the same.
• Support portfolio management of our business development projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent ability to prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations in both English and Swedish.
• Excellent ability to analyze and compile information in Excel.
• Basic understanding of financial terms and how to develop a business case.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Understanding of processes in similar industries is an advantage.
• Experience working with business intelligence, e.g., Power BI, is an advantage.
• University degree, preferably in Industrial Economics or equivalent.
