Do you want to work in a central role within future electrified transport solutions? We are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join an established and well-functioning agile team working with electrical schematics and cable harness development for bus chassis with a focus on eMobility.

In this role, you will hold a key position where you are responsible for coordinating, planning, and following up on activities related to electrical systems and vehicle development. You act as the link between the project's stakeholders and the design organization while ensuring that the project's milestones are delivered as planned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on activities related to components in test vehicles.
• Plan and ensure the creation of electrical schematics and cable harnesses for ongoing projects.
• Follow up on deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery of project milestones according to the set schedule.
• Report status, risks, and progress in project and steering group meetings.
• Support the design and development team in their daily work.
• Foster good collaboration between different functions and stakeholders.
• Contribute to a positive, engaged, and high-performing team climate.
• Support improvement work and coordination within the line organization.

We are looking for someone with

• A university or civil engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical education.
• At least 5 years of experience in design, development, or technical engineering work.
• Documented experience in planning, coordinating, and following up on project activities.
• Good ability to work in cross-functional teams and project environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience handling multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English in both speech and writing.

Merits

• Experience from Scania or TRATON.
• Experience with cable harness design in Saber.
• Previous work within the automotive industry or electrification projects.

About the assignment

• Scope: Full-time (100%)
• Duration: 12 months with good opportunities for extension
• Workplace: On-site at the office 5 days per week
• Start: According to agreement
