What does the role entail?

As a coach and job coach, you will be responsible for planning, documentation, and coaching of our participants who are seeking employment or need support to start their studies. We are looking for you who are driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a clear focus on achieving set goals. You have experience in coaching and actively work to support participants in their job search, including recruiting employers into our internal employer database. Networking is therefore a natural and important part of your daily routine. You also thrive in a role where you deliver lectures and workshops, as this is part of the assignment.

The position is a full-time relief assignment during weeks 29–31, with an introduction as soon as possible. The location is our office in Oxie. We also have an office in Malmö where we need a relief employee for a few weeks after this period. There is an opportunity to work as an hourly employee immediately and in the future during leave, sickness, etc.

You must meet the following requirements according to alternative 1 or 2.

Alternative 1

You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) and fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

You have education within one of the following areas:

  • Working life
  • Organization and personnel work
  • Study and career guidance
  • Business administration
  • Psychology
  • Behavioral science
  • Social science
  • Pedagogy
  • Occupational therapy or social work education
  • Or within similar fields

As an applicant, you must have at least two years of working life experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time experience may also be accepted if the total working time equals two years of full-time work. Studies and working life experience must be certified.

Alternative 2

You have post-secondary education of at least one year and speak and write fluent Swedish. You have at least three years of working life experience equivalent to full-time within one of the following areas:

  • Team leadership with personnel responsibility
  • Recruitment
  • Transition work for job seekers
  • Study and career guidance
  • Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
  • Work with labor market and working life issues
  • Work with social and group psychology
  • Career guidance

Working life experience must be certified.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are meritorious.
