Job Description

In the role of Economic Administrator, you will primarily handle simpler administrative tasks with a focus on customer invoices.

As part of the team, you will work with:

• Reminder fees
• Connections and disconnections
• Collection of meter readings
• Invoicing
• Case management
• Contract management
• Some customer contact via email

Who are you?

• We prefer that you have previous experience in customer service or administration.
• You are computer literate or have previous experience with CRM/customer systems.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• We value that you are solution-oriented and have an eye for detail.

Training

We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin the employment with a week of internal training within the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. The training takes place on-site with full pay.

About the Position

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30.

Employment terms: Fixed-term contract from August 17, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
