Your role with us
As a Project Administrator, you work closely with project managers and are responsible for ensuring that the administrative work runs smoothly and professionally. It is a meaningful assignment in a project that contributes to increased knowledge, security, and protection for people living in honor contexts. You will work together with engaged colleagues in an environment where values, development, and knowledge are in focus.
As a Project Administrator, you are an important part of the project team and are responsible for ensuring that the administrative work functions correctly, smoothly, and professionally. You handle ongoing documentation and administration, ensure that the correct material is collected and reported, and keep track of costs, purchases and direct procurements, contracts, participant lists, invoices, and other administrative flows related to the project. You handle the monthly applications for disbursement of funds from ESF+, and ensure that the project's costs follow the current regulations for ESF+. Together with the project manager, you are responsible for the logistics regarding study visits and conferences, which also includes written and oral communication.
You work closely with the project manager and the coordinator against violence in close relationships and honor-based violence and oppression, and contribute to maintaining structure and follow-up so that the project follows given frameworks. The role requires precision, good order, and experience in handling digital tools.
The position is a project employment and covers 60%.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with an administrative or economic post-secondary education or equivalent experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience and knowledge of project administration and good economic understanding. It is meritorious if you have experience and/or interest and curiosity for working against honor-based violence and oppression. We would like you to have experience working in ESF projects, arranging conferences and travel within Sweden and internationally, experience of administrative work in a politically governed organization, as well as procurement.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as well as experience of working in various digital systems, good knowledge of Office 365 in general and Excel specifically.
Your personal qualities are important to us, and you need to be precise, structured, flexible, collaborative, and curious. You show great commitment, a positive attitude, and contribute to the team's good cooperation.

Honor-based violence and oppression is a complex societal challenge that affects both individuals and professionals in several sectors. Many professions are faced with demands to ensure protection, security, and a decent standard of living for people living under honor norms – while methods and tools sometimes need to be adapted based on a changed societal landscape. The project's goal is to strengthen employees' competence in the area, increase knowledge about international working methods, and identify and develop relevant methods and tools that can work in a Swedish context. The work will take place through, for example, international study visits, mini-conferences, and joint method development.

Salary
Kristianstad Municipality applies individual and differentiated salary setting.
Start date
We offer a project employment of 60% with start date as soon as possible or according to agreement and duration until 2027-12-31.
Salary type: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start: start as soon as possible or according to agreement, end: 2027-12-31.
