As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of Senzum. You will:
You start the day with a cup of coffee and a quick check-in with the team. Then you log into your systems and start taking calls from customers who need your help. Between calls, you answer emails and update cases in the system. We work together, support each other, and make sure to have fun along the way!
No previous customer service experience? – No problem, we will train you!
Start Date: August (or earlier by agreement)
Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
