🌸 About the role

As Deputy Store Manager, you are the Store Manager's right hand and a key figure in the daily operations of the store. You lead, inspire, and coach the team towards common goals – always keeping the customer meeting, sales, and execution in focus.

The role involves operational responsibility for the store's product flow, operating routines, and key figures. You are involved in planning, follow-up, and execution – and step in as the responsible person when the Store Manager is absent.

💐 Your main responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and ensuring the store meets its goals
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor the store's operations and sales
• Create an inspiring and sales-oriented environment for our customers
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through personal service and engaged leadership
• Ensure that routines, product flows, and campaigns are executed as planned
• Coach and develop employees in their daily work
• Act as the environmental safety representative when the Store Manager is absent

• Have documented experience from retail and leadership
• Are passionate about sales, service, and great customer experiences
• Are confident in making decisions, leading others, and creating engagement within the team
• Understand store operations, key figures, and efficient product flow
• Are structured, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine interest in plants and gardening – or a desire to learn more
