Are you a recent graduate ready for the next step? Levigo, a business area within Perido, is growing and looking for support in the form of a Junior Delivery and Partner Manager. About the role

Levigo is a secure and personal consulting broker that strengthens our customers' organizations with specialist knowledge in IT and technology, as well as interim solutions within finance, HR, marketing, and management. The Levigo team consists of employees who are all engaged, professional, and efficient – simply a happy group that supports each other and enjoys working together! The position is located at our headquarters at Mariatorget in Stockholm, which we share with Perido. We are situated in Batteriet's premises with access to a gym, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and activity rooms featuring everything from ping pong to VR and games.

Your responsibilities

As a Junior Delivery and Partner Manager, you will have a broad and coordinating role where you become the department's invaluable pillar. The role involves extensive contact with customers and suppliers via both phone and email, as well as close internal collaboration with the rest of the Levigo team. As you grow into the role, there is an opportunity to take greater individual responsibility and develop within the business.

To thrive in this role, you need to be a true team player who is completely unpretentious – you jump in where needed, high or low. This means a daily routine with many administrative tasks, where you handle contracts one moment and jump in to support the team in customer and supplier dialogues the next.

Examples of tasks that may occur in the role:

  • Customer and supplier contact via phone and email
  • Support colleagues with administrative tasks such as contract management, extensions, and advertising
  • Participate in supplier onboarding, create competency matrices, and navigate our internal systems
  • Ensure efficient internal workflows and coordinate the administrative parts of our business
  • Staff our switchboard phone as needed

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university or college degree in a relevant field, preferably with a technical focus
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience from the consulting or staffing industry is a big plus

Scope and start date

Full-time, permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Start date according to agreement.
