Cowex A/S is now looking for a technician in automation, service, and electrical cabinet construction for their operations on Bornholm. This is a position for you who want to work practically and independently on technically advanced projects with international customers.

At Cowex A/S, you will become part of a smaller, specialized company where you will have significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence both solutions and working methods.

About the position

The role involves building motor control and control cabinets in the company's own facilities. The cabinets are designed according to our own designs and current industrial standards and are used for control, monitoring, and process control, primarily in water treatment and land-based fish farming facilities.

The work also includes installation, commissioning, and customer service, including preventive maintenance. You will be based at Cowex A/S facility in Tejn on Bornholm. The position involves a significant amount of travel.

Responsibilities

• Construction and quality assurance of electrical cabinets
• Assembly supervision and commissioning of facilities
• Mechanical assembly in project deliveries
• Service work, documentation, and quality assurance
• Installation and commissioning of advanced sensor systems for water
• Testing together with the customer before delivery and commissioning

Qualifications

• Electrical technical education, preferably in industrial electricity or automation
• Experience with electrical cabinets, control cabinets, and control systems
• Experience with installation work in industry or machinery plants
• Experience in assembly supervision is an advantage
