Do you enjoy making advanced technology work – and helping people succeed with it? At our company, you work with some of the market's most advanced machines for large-format production: printers, cutting plotters, and finishing equipment from Epson, Roland, Mimaki, Summa, Canon, and more – as well as the software that ties it all together, from RIP and color management to automated production workflows.

One day you commission a new printer at a print shop in Malmö. The next day, you troubleshoot a color flow remotely or train operators on-site at a customer's location in Gothenburg. The variety is great – and you quickly become a person our customers trust. You are based in your home town in southern Sweden – for example, Jönköping, Gothenburg, or Malmö – and are responsible for the region, with support from our headquarters in Vällingby.

What you do here

  • Installation and commissioning. Assembly of new machines and connection to the customer's existing systems and network.
  • Training. You teach operators how to use, maintain, and get the most out of their equipment – including safety briefings.
  • Service and troubleshooting. On-site analysis and repair at the customer's location, covering mechanics, electronics, and software.
  • Support. Via phone, remote control, and email – from your home office or on-site at the customer.
  • System consultation. For those with the right skills, there is an opportunity to focus the role more on software, workflows, and integration – an area where we are growing.

Our customers often work against tight deadlines. This means planning sometimes changes with short notice – and that your contribution makes a real difference to their production. As a service technician, you are the face of the company.

Who you are

You are a technical problem solver who is equally comfortable with a screwdriver in hand as you are in an operating system. You enjoy meeting people, are pedagogical, and communicate clearly in both speech and writing. Since the role involves travel, you need to appreciate working with customers around southern Sweden, including overnight stays when assignments require it.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Technical competence in both hardware and software
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

  • Experience in service work or production within the graphic industry
  • Knowledge of RIP software (e.g., Caldera or Onyx) and color management
  • Technical or graphic education
  • Knowledge of networks, scripts, or programming

You don't need to know everything from day one – you will receive a thorough introduction and work alongside experienced colleagues until you are confident in the role.

The service department currently consists of nine technicians with broad and deep competence. Our headquarters is located in Vällingby, Stockholm, and we are now strengthening our presence in southern Sweden.
