About the role

In this role, you will primarily work with mechanical maintenance (approx. 70%) as well as simpler electrical tasks (approx. 30%), with the goal of ensuring an efficient and reliable production flow. The focus is on preventive maintenance, but also on acute troubleshooting and improvement work.

We are looking for you who have

• Experience as a mechanic, industrial electrician, or maintenance technician (at least 2 years)
• Practical knowledge within mechanics, pneumatics, and preferably welding, drilling, and machining
• A strong technical interest and a clear "hands-on" mentality
• The ability to work in a solution-oriented manner even in stressful situations
• Good familiarity from a production environment – experience from the food industry is an advantage

Education in electricity or mechanics is positive but not decisive – we value practical experience higher than academic merits.

You are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong sense of quality in what you do. You thrive working both independently and in small teams, where collaboration and personal responsibility go hand in hand. Flexibility is a given for you, and you feel comfortable working according to a rotating shift schedule with morning, evening, and night shifts, as well as some weekend work.
