We are now looking for a technician who will work with the service and repair of our products. With us, you will become part of an exciting growth journey, and there are many opportunities for development within the company!

Responsibilities

In the role of a technician at Sportproffsen, you will work broadly with troubleshooting, repair, and customer support. You will work in Vallentuna together with your colleagues in customer service. Your responsibility as a technician is to handle incoming work orders and create a plan for the service work.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Coordination of service, repair, maintenance, and installation work for machines
• Service, repair, and maintenance of our products
• Assembly of exercise machines and e-bikes
• Handling technical customer service cases
• Providing technical support to customers, subcontractors, service personnel, and product specialists
• Technical customer support via phone to assist customers remotely.

Qualifications for success in the role:

We preferably look for candidates who have worked in a similar role previously. You have a good technical understanding and are skilled in mechanics. Since the role also involves a significant amount of technical support, you need to have good communication skills and be service-minded in your approach to work.

To succeed in the role, we preferably look for you to have:

• Experience from technical customer service or as a service technician
• Experience in mechanics and/or electronics
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English

We offer a workplace in a rapidly growing company and a flexible work environment. The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement, but we would prefer that you can start immediately.
