We are now looking for a leading technician/foreman for an established electrical engineering company focused on advanced and well-thought-out installations.

About the position: In the role of leading technician/foreman, you are responsible for leading and coordinating electrical installations in technically advanced projects. The work takes place in close collaboration with project management, architects, and recurring partners.

You work based on clear drawings and documents and ensure that the installations maintain a high technical and qualitative level. The role involves both practical work and responsibility for structure, planning, and quality in daily operations.

The focus is on thoroughly developed solutions and professional execution, where quality is always prioritized.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a solid technical foundation in electrical work
• Is confident in reading drawings and accustomed to complex installations
• Has experience in a leading role, such as leading technician
