Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for two (2) engaged and relationship-building social pedagogues for Dibber Kubikskolan who want to contribute to the students' safety, well-being, and development in our F–9 operations.

As a social pedagogue, you are an important part of the school's promoting and preventive work. You work closely with students, staff, student health services, and guardians to create a safe learning environment where all students are given the opportunity to succeed. In the role of social pedagogue, you work closely with students, guardians, and school staff to create good conditions for learning and well-being. You are a key part of the school's promoting and preventive work and actively contribute to developing a safe and inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for you who have:

• A degree in Social Pedagogy
• Experience working with children and young people
• Good knowledge of value-based work and the development of children and youth
• Ability to work in a promoting and preventive manner to increase safety, study environment, and attendance
• Skilled in building trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• Ability to see and strengthen students' resources and abilities
• Ability to take initiative and drive the work forward based on the needs of the operation
• Good collaboration skills and thrive working in a team with teachers, student health services, and school management
• Flexible, solution-focused, and secure in your professional role

As a social pedagogue at Dibber Kubikskolan, you will plan, implement, and develop break activities that promote community, inclusion, and meaningful breaks. You will also support students during transitions during the school day, for example between lessons, breaks, and other activities that promote preventive work for increased safety, study environment, and attendance. You will collaborate with teachers, student health services, guardians, and external actors as needed.

About Us

Dibber Kubikskolan is an F–9 school in Helsingborg with approx. 430 students. Our focus areas are safety and study environment, increased goal achievement, and increased student attendance.

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates over 100 preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters are located in Sollentuna, and operations are found in large parts of Sweden. We stand for lifelong learning and staying at the forefront within our professions. We strive to build a professional network where we learn from each other and can support and inspire one another.
