About the assignment

Novare is a proud and approved supplier of the Swedish government framework agreement. We are currently seeking two case workers for an authority in Kiruna.

As a case worker at the authority, you will, among other things, handle, register, and investigate unclaimed mail. You will answer calls from the public and postal operators, as well as respond to questions and complaints from citizens regarding the postal operators' service and other postal-related issues, primarily via telephone. The duties also include preparing for and participating in supervisory matters when necessary. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in other routine tasks and contribute to cross-departmental work and the authority's joint activities.

We are looking for you who are self-motivated and organized. You thrive in a structured work environment where the focus is on precision and quality. We also value that you are responsible, team-oriented, and humble.

Requirements for the position

• Upper secondary education or equivalent competence
• At least one (1) year of work experience from similar work
• Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious requirements

• Experience as a case worker
• Experience working in an authority/government agency
• Experience and ability to apply laws and regulatory texts

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is full-time, starting in mid-August, and lasts for approx. 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The location is at the authority in Kiruna.
