About Nytida Thamstorp
Nytida Thamstorp is beautifully located in Grästorp Municipality. Here you will find 30 short-term places for people aged 18 and above, with no upper age limit. Our residents have psychiatric issues and often co-occurring substance abuse problems.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Upper secondary education in care and nursing or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Experience with documentation (Experience working with our target group is an advantage. However, your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right qualities, we will provide support and opportunities for you to grow.)

Job Responsibilities

• Support and guide residents in their daily lives
• Personal care and medication management
• Support during meals, cleaning, and social contacts
• Motivate towards activity, structure, and meaningful leisure time
• Documentation and work based on implementation plans

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

About the Role
In the role of Housing Support Worker, you base your support on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing assistance in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards making the day meaningful and content-rich. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.
