About the Role

We are currently looking for summer substitutes for our team who want to make a difference for those living with us.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual support, care, and service measures
• Plan and conduct activities with residents
• Perform delegated health and medical tasks

Who are you?

You should enjoy being active, have a curious nature, and be a positive person. It is also important that you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and sensitivity. Therefore, personal suitability is of great importance.

To apply for the position of summer substitute, you must have:

• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Be at least 18 years old

Merits include:

• Education in healthcare or care, or a pedagogical education
• Experience from similar operations and the target group we work with
• Knowledge of low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is a large part of the work
