At the end of August, Fröblomman opens its doors in Bengtsfors – a new flower shop with heart, creativity, and a love for flowers. We are now looking for you who want to be involved from the very beginning and help us create an inspiring meeting place for both customers and flowers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the floristry profession and sees every bouquet, planting, and customer interaction as an opportunity to create something personal and memorable. You enjoy taking responsibility, bringing your own ideas, and want to be part of building something new.

The position is initially 50%, with good opportunities for more hours as the business grows.

We are looking for you who:

• Have education and/or experience as a florist (meritorious)
• Have a sense of color, form, and season
• Enjoy customer contact and value good service
• Are creative, engaged, and self-reliant
• Hold a B driver's license (flower delivery occurs)
• Enjoy being involved and contributing to the development of a new business

Position: 50% with possibility of expansion.

Working hours: Primarily later days of the week, and every other weekend.

Employment type: Probation period of 6 months

Location: Central Bengtsfors

Start date: By agreement.
