Volvo Cars Propulsion Components (VCPC) is facing an exciting phase of development where our maintenance operations are growing in both scope and significance. What We Offer

We are currently recruiting Maintenance Engineers and Mechanics for our Reliability Team. Here, you will play a central role in optimizing technical availability and maintenance economics for our facilities. You will work in an environment where technology and people meet to create future technical solutions with a focus on reliability. What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Engineer or Mechanic, you are responsible for reliability and maintenance costs within your area. You plan and follow up on maintenance activities, lead and/or perform improvement work and complex troubleshooting. You act as a technical reference during the procurement and modification of equipment, and contribute to training initiatives and knowledge sharing.

You and Your Skills

We see that you, as an applicant, have at least a vocational upper secondary education in a relevant field for electrical or mechanical engineering, with several years of work experience in maintenance. You have good knowledge of production processes with a high degree of automation or CNC manufacturing, as well as knowledge of maintenance standards and maintenance systems. You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, and are analytical with experience in improvement work.

You have a strong safety mindset and are responsible. You have the ability to handle stressful situations and rapid changes, are humble, and a good team player who can work both independently and in a group. Your willingness and ability to contribute engagement and knowledge that develops others is central – both for your own development and for strengthening the team around you.
