About the role
As a Technical System Administrator, you are responsible for the technical management of customer-placed systems and solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. You act as the link between the customer and the internal technical teams and ensure that the systems continue to deliver high performance, security, and business value over time.
You will work closely with both customers and internal specialists within operations, integration, and project management to plan, coordinate, and further develop solutions in security-critical environments.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical management of customer-placed systems from handover to operation, further development, and decommissioning
- Be the customer's primary contact person regarding the technical status, performance, and lifecycle planning of the systems
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance, upgrades, and patch management together with the operations organization
- Work proactively with capacity planning, lifecycle management, and ensuring that SLAs and security requirements are met
- Identify new needs at the customer and drive improvement and development initiatives together with internal teams
- Ensure that deliveries are carried out according to agreed requirements and with high quality
We are looking for you who
- Have several years of experience in technical system administration, IT delivery, or a similar role
- Have a good understanding of IT infrastructure, operational environments, networks, and integrations
- Have experience working according to established administration or service management processes, such as ITIL or PM3
- Are accustomed to handling customer relationships and acting as an advisor in technical matters
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
It is an advantage if you have experience of IT security, security frameworks, or maturity models for information security.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role, we believe you are a structured and responsible person who thrives on creating order, building relationships, and driving issues forward. You have the ability to communicate with both technical specialists and business representatives and feel comfortable in the role of advisor and coordinator.
You are solution-oriented, business-minded, and have a natural focus on quality, security, and long-term customer relationships.
Other information
The position is located in northern Stockholm and concerns direct recruitment to the customer.
Our customer works according to an office-first model where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and fast decision-making paths are an important part of the culture. At the same time, there is an opportunity for some remote work when the business and role allow.
