Responsibilities

You will be part of one of our work teams or subject groups and teach Physical Education (PE) for grades 7-9. The position also includes mentorship duties.

Your responsibilities include:

• planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in the subjects you are responsible for
• analyzing teaching and results
• exercising mentorship/class advisor duties
• parental contact
• contributing to school development
• collaboration with the student health team, school management, and external partners
• school-wide values-based work
• teamwork
• working and documenting in the operational systems in use

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach PE for grades 7-9.

You are a confident and clear leader with strong subject knowledge and an ability to create and maintain good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze student learning as well as your own teaching structure in an effective way that leads to desired results.

To contribute to the school's continued digital development, you are expected to possess good IT skills and be able to easily adapt to digital systems. Furthermore, you must master the Swedish language to such an extent that you can communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, and that you can document in writing what the operations require.

Experience working with language-developing methods or Swedish as a second language is meritorious.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
