RESPONSIBILITIES

The Hovshaga Preschool Area consists of five preschools that collaborate to increase collegial exchange while still allowing for a smaller context in daily operations. Common to all is our strive to develop play-responsive teaching. We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Villekulla Preschool. This is a preschool with four departments distributed across two buildings.

Here, you will work together with colleagues to give the children the best start within the school system. You will work with the entire group of children but also see the individual child. In your work, you will adapt and develop the activities according to the children and offer them a stimulating and developmental learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. You are a co-researching educator who challenges the children in everyday life through play and imagination.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, documenting, evaluating, and analyzing the work regarding the children's development and learning together with your colleagues. As support, you have various meeting formats that enable collegial exchange between the different preschools. As a preschool teacher within our area, you have great scope to influence and shape daily life within the framework of the curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher or at the end of your preschool teacher education. We would like you to have experience of similar tasks and we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You have a conscious thought about your role as a preschool teacher and are a clear leader who works structured based on current regulatory documents. You have a professional approach and a good ability to create a good work climate with engagement, curiosity, and security in the group. You see and meet the children's different needs based on their different prerequisites and you adapt your working method to create conditions for all children to develop.

Both Villekulla Preschool and the Hovshaga Preschool Area in general have undergone development work in recent years, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of this started journey. We would like someone who sees opportunities and takes initiative for an even better preschool for our children.
