At Allegio Care, we employ assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Competence is important – therefore, we maintain a high level of education among our staff, with a special focus on dementia and palliative care. We are constantly working on development within our operations and ensure quality assurance through measures such as self-inspections.

We provide care and services to our customers based on official care decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure the creation of a secure service tailored to their specific requirements and wishes. We actively work with contact person assignments and strive to meet the needs and routines of our customers. In the best possible way, we prioritize small work teams with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always get better.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with individuals. Respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is very important. The requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also as part of a team, as the work sometimes requires two employees. It is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and are comfortable using a phone to read digital schedules and instructions. Our customers may have pets, so you must be comfortable around animals and have no allergies.

If you are an assistant nurse, hold a Category B driver's license, and have a good command of Swedish (spoken and written), you will have priority for a fixed-term position with us.
