Do you want to take a key role in developing the future Supply Chain in one of Sweden's largest retail operations?

We are now looking for an analytical and change-driven Supply Chain Analyst for an established company with hundreds of physical units and a comprehensive e-commerce operation. Here you will have the opportunity to combine analysis, business understanding, system development, and process improvement in a role with significant authority and high impact on the business.

This is a new role created with the ambition to strengthen the data-driven approach within Supply Chain and help the organization take the next step in its development.

About the role

You will become a central part of the Supply Chain function and work closely with a team of planners, where your task is to create insights, identify improvement opportunities, and develop smarter ways of working.

The role is broad and varied, and suits you who thrive at the intersection of analysis, business development, and system support. You will not only analyze data – you will also translate insights into concrete improvements that strengthen the business's efficiency, availability, and profitability.

You will also become an important contact point for other parts of the organization that need decision support, analyses, and recommendations related to merchandise supply, inventory, and forecasts.

Examples of tasks

  • Conduct analyses of sales, inventory, availability, and merchandise flows
  • Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and improve forecasting and planning processes
  • Provide decision support for inventory control, service levels, and capital tie-up
  • Support planners with analyses and improvement proposals
  • Drive initiatives in process development and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of planning systems
  • Work cross-functionally with categories, marketing, and other business areas
  • Contribute to strengthening a more data-driven approach within the organization

We are looking for you who

Have experience from Supply Chain and enjoy using data to create improvements in the business.

You have likely worked in areas such as:

  • Supply Chain Analysis
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Logistics Development
  • Process Development within Supply Chain

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience with:

  • Merchandise control and inventory optimization
  • Forecasting and planning
  • Supply Chain processes and merchandise flows
  • Analysis of large data sets
  • Translating analysis into concrete improvements

It is meritorious if you have experience with planning systems such as Relex or similar solutions.

We also view experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analysis tools positively.

About the employment

This is a recruitment where you will be employed directly by the client.

  • Scope: Full-time, permanent
  • Start: Immediately, subject to notice period
  • Location: Stockholm
  • Compensation: Fixed monthly salary
